even though when i was walking i was actually watching an episode of 3rd rock from the sun, this song pumps me up. my problem with listening to music while on the treadmill is that i stare at the treadmill more – distance, speed, time, and i think too much about it and feel tired faster. it’s easier for me to have a tv show on, something i can stare at and get into and forget about walking.

i’m not being very verbose with these posts.

i’m just now using twitter more so i think my thoughts in general have become more condensed.

i’m shooting for a 20-minute mile today. and hopefully tomorrow too. tomorrow is a) weigh-in day and b) the official start of week 1 of my schedule of increases, but i’m sticking with a mile through next week. i’d like to be able to do an 18-minute mile by the end of the week (the 22nd).

I love frosted shredded wheat. I know it’s not as good for you as the non-frosted kind, but I’m ok with that. the maple brown sugar is SO good.
